I think we should only add "back to application" link if Referer matches baseUrl
to one of the applications in the realm.
For links to other apps in realm it would be nice to make the list of applications
available to devs (rest endpoint + support in adapters/sdks) so they can add something
similar to their own applications. It would also be nice to have a list of applications
under the account management pages so the user can see what applications he can access,
maybe including what roles he has for each app.

For the demo customer-portal app, I added a "acct mgmt" link to the acct
svc. Problem is, once yu get to the acct mgmt page, there's no way to
go back except by the browser back button.
SHould we add a "back" link populated with the HTTP-REFERER header?
Also, google acct management page has an icon that allows you to
navigate to any other google app. Should probably have the same thing
on the acct page. Which...I'll need to bring back the baseUrl attribute
i just removed, lol!
