I was thinking if we did a basic certificate server that could generate internal
certificates and provided the same api as lets-encrypt then users could have certificates
for internal ips/domains and external domains done automatically.

I think that might be a good fit for the docker image. Currently we
generate self signed certificates for UPS[1]. The same can be done for
Keycloak.
