Pushed fixes to social:
* Google provider updated to use OpenID connect, and removed tons of dependencies from it
* On first social login there's now an option to review the profile (required user
actions) instead of the social registration form
I'm going to test Facebook and Twitter tomorrow, and push changes for those if
required

I'm having a few issues with social login. Both Google and Facebook have
recently changed things around, and Twitter is not working either. There's
also some issues with registration option on social login. I'll hopefully
have these issues sorted today/tomorrow. I'll also update the documentation
with instructions for configuring social login.
