Maybe there is no need to have a separate demo and server dist? The
difference is 2 Megabytes. 148 vs. 146.

The plan is that server-dist will be built on WF servlets-only and should be ~30MB or
something. It would not include the adapters, nor support deploying JEE apps.
The demo-dist will include the docs and examples. It would include WF full. Also, my hope
was that the demo would come pre-configured and deployed. So to try Keycloak and demos all
that is required is to dl, extract and run this bundle.

FYI, the screencast tutorials assume a clean, unconfigured keycloak
server. Also, remember that any directory structure change in the
distro makes the screencasts tutorials out of date.

The screencast will have to be redone soon in either case as we're doing changes to
the admin console.
With the main server distribution not being a JEE server any more the demo/screencast will
either have to use the standalone server + separate WF server. Or to install the server
and subsystem into an existing WF server. I'd say we should cater for both. KC + WF
full is for development, KC standalone + separate WF is for production.
