I have 1 bug to track down, specifically, you can't delete a realm :)
Other than that, unless I find other bugs, I'd like to release ASAP.

I'd like to review the docs and run through the examples, but unless I find any bugs
that should be done in a couple hours.
Here's a few things to include in the release blog:
* Fine grained admin access control
* Support for installed applications
* Add social network links through account management
* Token subject is changed to user id
* Users can login with username or email

If you can, update docbook/.../MigratingFromOlderVersions.xml with
backward incompatibilities and/or new config requirements from your commits.

I propose we add a README.md in the root of examples to describe what preconfigured and
unconfigured examples are.

CI is passing with all databases except IBM DB2 (the only one from major
RDBMS, which is still not covered. Hope to find the time to look at it
for next release...). So for me it's ok to release now.
