How long are we all willing to wait for PR tests to complete?
Main reason I'm asking is that I'd like to add more tests to Travis
(adapter tests, maybe testing with some proper dbs, etc..).

In terms of passed time since submitting the PR, not sum of times of
the jobs, anything up to 2 hours in average would do for me. In terms
of individual build jobs, at most 1 hour per job.
I'd prefer PR testing to include testing adapters (at least WF) and
cluster / cross DC scenarios.

Travis already kills jobs after 50 min, so I'm only asking about the total
amount of time from submitting a PR to all tests have completed. If others
submit PRs at the same time everything is queued though and we have max 5
concurrent jobs for our repo.

Longer doesn't bother me. It's not like I'm waiting around for it to
finish.
