Resteasy release process

I think the build & release procedure could be a bit simplified:
mvn -Pdist clean install - profile dist includes dockbook, javadoc, distribution zips creation
Run standalone JAX-RS TCK - docker image for it to avoid a bit complex local setup?
mvn release:prepare
mvn release:perform
Upload src, docs and distro zips to downloads.jboss.org
