Change to JUnit 5

Hello All,
We've got a big test change to the test suite coming in more than likely
today. This is a migration to JUnit 5 [1]. If you've got up and coming
changes, you might want to hold off any test changes until this is in.
A big shoutout to Rebecca for doing this. It's a lot of work and she's done
an awesome joh.
