Ah ok, that would make sense.
I don't think we really need unlimited chippers, we don't use them for
WildFly CI testing.
but if there is need for that, I think we can accommodate the need on
wildfly public ci.

My thoughts are mainly on client site - JAXRS 2.0 brings in jaxrs client
and we should have test for its https configuration.
