I'm looking to logger part or your document. Can we remove these classes
from RESTEasy 3.1.x?

Hi Marek,
Yes, they're gone from my local branch, along with a lot of other
classes. Now I need to merge my changes into the current version of master.

On page 13 you refer to javax.ws.rs.ext.ReaderInterceptor twice. One of
them should be a WriterInterceptor.
Otherwise it looks good to me.

This is well written and very informative.I finally found the time to
focus on reading and studying this last week, so comment here a bit late.
There are some deprecated exceptions and replaced with new jaxrs 2.0
exceptions , do we need to add them to misc section ?
org.jboss.resteasy.spi.ForbiddenException ->javax.ws.rs.ForbiddenException
org.jboss.resteasy.spi.UnauthorizedException->javax.ws.rs.NotAuthorizedException
org.jboss.resteasy.spi.UnsupportedMediaTypeException->javax.ws.rs.NotSupportedException
