1. Start up the api manager (for some simple setups, see apiman-servers @
- e.g. h2, postgresql, ...)
2. Configure & start up the gateway (e.g. Vert.x 3 impl)
3. Add the gateway from 2 to the manager (admin section of UI -> add gateway).
That's about it!
