Well just found
http://lists.jboss.org/pipermail/keycloak-user/2017-May/010776.html and the
jira for it.
Never mind for now. Thanks :)

Howdy all,
I was wondering if there is any advice on how to do a rolling upgrade of
Keycloak, or any mechanism to maintain a running instance while upgrading?
Ive seen the docs here
(
http://www.keycloak.org/docs/latest/upgrading/index.html) and they all
ha type installs say that "all instances must be upgraded at the same time."
Any hints or pointers would be great.
Thanks
