Hi, good news. I originally changed the application credential password
but after starting over and simply using 'password' as in the tutorial,
the demo was working fine (I used the examples in the wildfly-demo
folder).
As you said, I definitely screwed up either the password in the
keycloak.json file(s) or simply didn't copy the installation-json file
properly from the Keycloak interface to the applications' keycloak.json
files.
Thanks for your help!

Ugh, looking at the code, I didn't provide a good way to debug this
problem.
What passwords did you change? How did you change them? Prolems could
be:
* wildfly adapter is not authenticating with the realm when, you screwed
up the passwords somehow. Maybe you didn't modify keycloak.json to put
in the new credential?
* You don't have the right URL of the server.
Is there any other log messages available beyond "failed to turn code
into token"?

Hello, I'd post this on the users list but there didn't seem
to any
activity there.
After downloading the keycloak-appliance-dist-all-1.0-alpha-1.zip
file,
configuring the portal & customer portals, I received the
following
error when trying to authenticate: failed to turn code into token.
I used a different password from the demo but I made sure to keep the
password consistent with the KeyCloak server and the portal servlets.
Has anyone come across this? Thanks.
