This will be useful for both unit testing and our final distro too.
IMO, we should figure out the test strategy for users and keycloak and
an embedded mail server might be a part of that.

One know issue is that if the Keycloak server is ran using 'mvn exec:java'
stylesheets and images doesn't work, but works fine when I run it from Eclipse...

probably not worth the effort...
