Subject: [keycloak-dev] Events for logout
Logout can now span multiple requests and between multiple classes, so
I'm not sure what to do with Event. SHould the logout event be created
only when it is actually finished (success or error)? Or should an
event be created at each step of the logout?
With the logout becoming pretty complex (external idp, backchannel/frontchannel logout,
etc) it would probably be good to have logout initiated and logout success/error.
Don't think we need one for each step, but instead we could add details to the logout
success/error on what apps where logged-out?
