One more note. In wildfly, the dialect can be set in
$KEYCLOAK_HOME/standalone/configuration/keycloak-server.json like:

The cause is that Hibernate doesn't detect correct dialect for
MSSQL2014, which is causing some incorrectly generated SQL queries. In
1.9.2.Final is auto-detected dialect overridden.
