Description: There should @UsingScript counterpart provided to give a user possiblity
to clean up database. For this purpose @UsingScript should be split to @ApplyScriptBefore
and @ApplyScriptAfter (was: There should @UsingScript counterpart provided to give a user

- @UsingScript should be split to @ApplyScriptBefore and @ApplyScriptAfter
- introduce @CleanupUsingScript with posibility to define when cleanup should take place
(BEFORE or AFTER test))
