User has do to it following way. {code} waitModel.dontFail().until(elementPresent.locator(REG_INVALID)); Assert.assertTrue("Invalid message not present", selenium.isElementPresent(REG_INVALID)); {code} This is either an usability problem or a complete misunderstood of the usage by myself.
