Moving the issue from BV to HV. The email constraints is not part of the Bean Validation
specification, but a Hibernate Validator specific constraint.

It looks like the E-Mail-Address validator is not prepared to handle E-Mail-Addresses who
allow IDN (e.g. german umlaute):
