Regarding previous comment about the MySQL driver being the causes, it seems that the reproducible example provided exclude this as the MySQL java connector is not changed, as well from Spring Boot 2.7.13 and Spring Boot 3.0.9 the dependency com.mysql:mysql-connector-j:8.0.33 is unchanged. During the mentioned migration the MySQL version was not changed as well 8.0.28.
