I forgot about roles already having this. So, let's just add description to realms,
apps and clients.

For roles we already have "description" though, which is used in oauth
grant screen, so I wonder if it can be "description" instead of
"title" ?
Would be nice if it's not mandatory though, so for example in UI it will
display "title/description" just in case that it's filled, otherwise
fallback to name?
