I think not. Ldap tests are using some custom attributes like street or
postalCode, but AFAIR don't depend on fields available in UI in account
management or registration screen.
IMO will be good to show also multivalued attributes in the theme
example ( plus, minus buttons - something similar like we have for
"redirect uris" or "web origins" in client details screen in admin
console).
