[keycloak-dev] Google has removed password from login screen

Google has recently removed the password from the first login screen. It now only displays the username. This is quite nice for users that log in with other mechanism than passwords (different local auth mechanisms or external idps). It would be nice if our new authentication SPI can support this use-case.
