even it is a bit out of date as jira now shows commits a bit
differently. But process of adding at the end of the page is valid, so
you have to do step 2 - jboss-jira-hook github user must be added into
the Keycloak organization's Owners group. Jira needs this to add webhooks.
After you configure this then let me know and I can configure jira.
