Is creating a JIRA the done thing for keycloak dev?
If so, then sure, lets create a JIRA.
Anyone on the keycload dev team have any thoughts on the proposal?

I like the 'second' approach better, however it would be nice if Keycloak
on its own would offer some of these metrics, as a build-in feature.
