Its weird, it varies as I widen the browser page. Sometimes the buttons
are positioned correctly sometimes not. Sometimes "username or" is
positioned over "email" sometimes it isn't. I can make this happen with
as large as 1000 pixel width browser page.

It happens at certain screen resolutions as the login form is now adaptive depending on
the width of the page. If you make it really narrow you'll notice it change quite a
lot. It can certainly do with a bit more tweaking to optimize certain widths.
