Do we need to do point releases for the community version? I'd say as long as we
don't change api's and db schema we should make users upgrade to the next
release.

I had created a Branch_1_0 with the 1.0 final release. We need to
decide whether or not we're going to branch and do point releases of
1.0.x from that branch.
