Builds takes too long is one.
Another is that the only option they have to 'cache' Maven dependencies is
a tarball that's uploaded/downloaded to Amazon S3. This mechanism sometimes
gets a fit and fail tests even when tests have passed.
CloudBees is probably not better for speed, it's also not free.
