[keycloak-dev] Updated PR for "Move auth server into KC subsystem"

Re: https://github.com/keycloak/keycloak/pull/811 The PR has been updated with a new version of CLI that lets you run "add-provider" and "update-server-config" in non-GUI mode. So now you can create CLI scripts with these operations. I've also updated the documentation. Stan
