[keycloak-user] User Attributes in User Profile

Hi, How we can get/set user attributes through KC APIs or SDK? I could not find any resource. Also, I was wondering if it is possible to enable user attributes presentation as part of User Profile/Account in KC? Thanks, Mehdi
