[keycloak-user] Retrieving user permissions with client_id and client_secret alone

Hi Folks, I am trying to write my own policy enforcement point in pythton. I am able to retrieve permissions of a user if *username* and *password* is provided. But is there a way by which I can retrieve the user permissions only using my *client_id* and *client_secret* Thanks.
