Custom tabs is the way to go on Android, not direct grant. Custom tabs
allows using the system browser which means all the security from the
system browser, SSO support between multiple apps, all nice flows from
Keycloak, etc..

I haven't tried it though, but it's the first thing I would look at if I
was trying to secure an Android app with Keycloak.
