[keycloak-user] add-user-keycloak.sh in 1.8.0.Final
I'm noticing the 1.8.0.Final overlay contains a script named add-user-keycloak.sh but
the reference guide only mentions add-user.sh. Should this script be used instead of
add-user.sh?
