I realized I didn’t look far enough. The NodesRegistrationManagement.tryRefresh() is
indeed invoked from the Undertow, JBoss, Tomcat and Servlet adapters. I don’t see it for
the Spring Security adapter though. We use the Spring Security adapter in a Spring Boot
application. Is there a way to configure node registration for such a setup.

Hi,
On reading this documentation it appears that the application clustering capabilities only
work with applications deployed on JBoss EAP, WildFly and JBoss AS.

We have a Spring Boot application (using embedded Tomcat) and I was specifically
interested in the automatic node registration on startup. I dug into the code a little bit
to see if I could identity what dependencies there might be on these specific application
servers and I do not see any calls to the NodesRegistrationManagement.tryRefresh() method
nor any obvious dependencies on these specific application servers.
I just wanted to confirm that indeed the Application Clustering functionality documented
on the above page is limited to applications deployed on this limited set of application
servers.
Thanks
