ave wildfly version 10 and server keycloak-overlay version 1.9.7.
I want to upgrade server keycloak-overlay to 2.5.4 version.
As I understand, instruction

for upgrade standalone server.
Where I can found instruction for update server keycloak-overlay?

There are none. Overlay is not something we recommend in production and
hence there are no upgrade instructions. Would be similar steps to the
standalone server. New WF installation add new KC overlay, copy
standalone.xml, themes, etc. over., etc..
