User with email example@example.com already exists. How do you want to continue? I just want to login with external IDP

Hello everyone,
I implemented a custom OIDC Identity Provider. When I login with a
particular user it works fine but the second time I try to login with that
very same user it gives me email already exist. Which is true, but I want my
custom provider to just login if the user already exist and not to create
one. What should I do ? I extended OIDCIdentityProviderFactory and
OIDCIdentityProvider classes.

Hi,
it depends what exactly you did in your OIDCIdentityProvider
implementation. Identity provider is unsupported SPI btv, but still, it
should work if you handle things correctly though. Any stacktrace?

I figured it out actually the setId method was trying to set two different
things for same users and hence if the same user tries to login the oidc was
treating it as new user and tries to create it and then finds the email
already exists. But now it's good
