Is there a way to order execution of required actions? Eg. I want to
display a "Welcome" message, but only after the user has accepted Terms &
Conditions.

No, I think they are ordered by the order you add them, but not sure that's
even the case TBH

I solved it by assigning a priority to every mapper and then comparing the
priority of the current action to all the other actions tagged for
execution to determine whether it should run now or later.
I think this would be a nice feature to have built-in.
