Currently, GrapheneElement is part of API as implementation. In order to support advanced
use cases, some part of Graphene Implementation might be needed, such as
{{GrapheneProxyInstance}} interface.
Rename GrapheneElement to GrapheneElementImpl and move it to Impl module.
Diverge GrapheneElement API.
