The XML was removed from the enricher and placed into the OpenEJB enricher. This enricher
was changed slightly to better support extensions in other containers/enrichers.
Resource injection should use mappedName if provided

The resource test enricher does not use the mappedName attribute for resource lookup, if
provided. It would be very useful if it honored this attribute since otherwise it can
only inject resources found under java:/comp/env.
