The GlassFish Embedded 3.1 Container supports configurationXML in configuration, but this
option delegated directly to GlassFish only supports absolute URIs. e.g.
file:///home/test/domain.xml
Add some support for non absolute paths:
test/domain.xml -> new File().toURI
