Could It set the arquillian.xml file for different environments or profiles??
For example:
<property name="username">${jira.username}</property>
<property name="password">${jira.password}</property>
<property name="server">${jira.url}</property>
Before file .properties
# JIRA PROPERTIES
jira.url=http://XXXXX:8080
jira.username=XXXXX
jira.password=XXXXX
