Resolution: Done
Closing reopened issue because the reason of this behavior was discovered. This was
related to JUnit fork mode with ProcessBuilder start() used in Selenium Server starter.
Original behavior spawned a chain of subprocesses while the reference was kept only to the
head of the chain, making a running Selenium Server thread unkillable.
Once the Selenium Server started was rewritten, this no longer happens.
AfterSuite event is never called with JUnit
