The archetype is checked in. However, we need to resolve how to get it deployed and into
the Maven archetype catalog.

Create a Maven archetype that makes it simple for users to get started with Arquillian
(JUnit). The archetype should have profiles for various containers and some samples to
demonstrate to the user that the setup works.
We can then add a page to the Arquillian site that shows users how to use the archetype
to get started.
