There are lots of JIRA issues to process and very few people here to work on them. It will
help get this issue resolved if you can come up with a test case.
Please take a look at the testsuite code. You may be able to make a simple modification to
an existing test case.

While HHH-735 fixes default_schema handling in general, it still has a bug. When
SchemaUpdate reads foreign keys metainfo is doesn't honor default_schema and
default_catalog settings. The fix is simple and patch is attached.
