Thanks again Sergey! That caveat was added later in the JPA spec process and I simply
forgot to go back and add it.

According to JavaDoc AbstractFromImpl::getJoin() shall return empty set if no joins were
made, not null reference.
Either javadoc or AbstractFromImpl behavior shall be fixed.
