Its the same basic tone as your moaning couched in a rhetorical question.
Did you read the deprecation? > "To be replaced with a SPI for performing work
against the connection;...". Now granted I was an English Lit major in college, so
perhaps that comes into play and I take things for granted, but "to be" is
clearly future imperfect tense. Future imperfect tense indicates something yet to be
done.
