hibernate search 4.1 is working fine for us. it is the first version i have been able to
use since 3 due to a bug in lucene prior to 3.5 that was a show stopper for us. It is all
working, thank you, and there is no particular jar that needs to be updated for us.
It was more of an observation that i noticed many of the jars are outdated. I can see your
point about keeping old ones but still think it is best not to have beta versions in your
product that is considered a final release version.

i notice many of the required jars packaged in hibernate search 4.1 up are quite old now
and some of them are beta. it would be good to clean this up and move away from beta jars.
in particular i refer to snappy and apis
