Ended up needing to deprecate setIdentitfier, resetIdentifier and instantiate on
EntityTuplizer, EntityPersister and ClassMetadata and adding new versions taking
SessionImplementor as well as adjusting internal uses of these.
Pass session into EntityTuplizer#setIdentifier
