Max Rydahl Andersen commented on HBX-897:
-----------------------------------------
I'm not so keen on it since to do that I would need to know which parameters are
actually needed upfront; but I guess it could be done.
With respect to having a "query" column then that would take up to much precious
real estate. What I could imagine instead is to save the query parameters together with
the executed query allowing you to restore them.
Allow excess declarations in the Query Parameters view

Project: Hibernate Tools
Type: New Feature
Versions: 3.2beta8
Reporter: Joseph Marques
When working with multiple queries it would be a lot more usable if Hibernate Tools allow
you to keep extra / unused variables in the query parameters view. This way, If I'm
switching back and forth between executing different queries in the same HQL editor, they
will all run without me having to keep editing the parameter list.
