that reproduces this issue?
I know that there are some other issues returned by that filter that have to do with
caching. It would really help to know if fixing this issue would fix any of those issues
as well.

{{ActionQueue.addAction(BulkOperationCleanupAction cleanupAction)}} doesn't retain
the cleanupAction to be executed.
Since the {{BulkOperationCleanupAction}} is never executed, the property spaces (aka
{{BulkOperationCleanupAction.affectedTablespaces}} are never invalidated, as that's
done in execute.
